Crescent is a great place, in a great location, with an amazing staff.
I wish the property owners would have put more time and money into the units, for the price and the highfalutin atmosphere they project in the common areas: quality should be better.
They talk about 'top line appliances' that set them apart from the rest, but the range (electric) is the cheapest GE makes, the JBS60, the toilet is a 70 dollar Gerber that has very poor water pressure (1.28 GPF).
The water heater is the smallest of the three sizes the manufacturer makes (Rheem, short 38), because of this, it putters out before you can really make use of 65 gallon tub (unless you're a child; then you're good). No doing laundry while bathing (first world problems, I know)
Washer/dryer was the cheapest over/under unit GE makes (the SpaceMaker line, GTUP240EMWW).
Website says fiber optic internet, but unfortunately there is none. I had to lock into a one year contract with AT&T who have no date on when fiber will roll out to this area.
The staff is the nicest I have maybe ever met in a rental community.
The location can't be beat, the staff is fabulous. I just wish the units were a bit nicer, but maybe I am spoiled by having to buy my own appliances for so many years.
