We moved into the Berkshire just after the new year of 2015 when the Berkshire had just became the management company. We moved in during the end of the construction, and there were some bumps along the way, but those all seem resolved. We love our apartment here and it really feels like home to us. We love the location as well. You can't beat the walkability to all of the eating and shops. This community feels very high class and my husband and I are proud to live here. The landscaping always looks so nice and the inside of the community is always clean (I see a cleaning crew here every day almost, similar to a hotel). The events are really great too, and although the leasing agent that I originally leased with does not work here any longer, I have gotten to know the remainder of the staff and they are all very dedicated to the residents here. No matter what my issue has been, they have served me with real concern and addressed any issues I've had quickly and offered solutions and never any excuses. The maintenance team here is quick and effective and nice. I see the manager and her sweet girls in our elevator often and they all know my husband and I by name and our dog. This community is worth the price.
