We have lived at Berkshire Cameron Village for 3 years and have been very pleased with the experience. The resident areas (pool, kitchen, lounge & gym) are lovely and tastefully decorated. I will acknowledge that there have been some problems with the building stemming from the original construction, but they are being addressed in the least disruptive manner possible. The current management team (which has been in place for about 6 months) is extremely responsive and very professional. The location could not be better. We are in walking distance to 2 grocery stores, many restaurants and coffee shops, tons of boutique shops and a public library. The surrounding area is great for walking and it is only a couple of miles to the center of downtown Raleigh. The amenities are top notch and social activities, hosted by the management, are plentiful. There is secure parking and storage units on site are available. Some units, like ours, have large outdoor terraces. We have reserved, for a nominal fee, one of the larger resident areas for large family gatherings at the holidays. I cannot say enough about the current management & maintenance staff. They have always addressed any concern quickly & professionally and often are taking measures to improve the resident experience in ways I hadn't thought of myself.

The maintenance staff is very professional, efficient, prompt and polite. The location is excellent, near to grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. Very convenient to downtown Raleigh. Wonderful amenities and common areas.
