Like most people have voiced, Berkshire Cameron village is a beautiful building however the staff namely the property manager makes this place an undesirable place to live. She is not friendly unless she see's some benefit in befriending you, she does not return emails or deal with any concerns in a timely manner, she finds ways to overcharge (probably meeting property budget and getting compensation for that somehow). Money is spent in places that it shouldn't be while leaving the property understaffed (maintenance) with issues that are never fixed. Yes it's beautiful and well decorated but I think the staff here needs a wake up call and to realize it's not all about perception but also a home should be filled with people who are personable and will meet your living needs (especially with how much we pay). After you sign your lease you are on your own, and the turn around with staff here is about 6 months because nobody can work for the udderly unpleasant property manager. I've been very disappointed. This place has so much potential and could be an amazing community to live in however it has turned into a dreaded living situation for so many reasons.
