I love the Bridgeport community because it is in a safe, and convenient location. Fairly affordable leasing prices compared to other local apartments. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the social events they host are super fun.

it is an apartment complex in suburban hell in a larger capitalist hell owned by a new york corporation that should be liquidated to provide housing to all instead of using shelter to consolidate class and extort the proletariat

Been here for more than 2 years, very happy. Clean apartments, the check in process was great. Any issues that come up, are fixed promptly. The property is beautiful with lots of trees and next to Lynn Lake. Rent is reasonable too!

Good. But this maintenance issue has completely changed my view on the professionalism of this place. Not a bad price for the place. Lake is close if you live in the back. Itās quiet. But I would recommend getting someone to look at your hvac unit. Maintenance either doesnāt care or they try to cut corners and will do the bare minimum. I worked hvac for 10 years. Told them the issue, and they were blatantly not fixed after multiple calls. A similar thing happened with the refrigerator, they came multiple times, got it working but messed up again days later. Between the hvac power bill and food going bad, Iām out $1500 for the year from the negligence to fix issues. Nice place, decent price, but maintenance killed it for me and I do not recommend.

Overall, Bridgeport isnāt bad. Staff is very friendly and responsive. The apartments are also really nice and spacious. Usually itās quiet, unless thereās an event going but thatās expected. Trash is pretty consistent.

La experiencia en general fue mala los edificios en sus areas comunes absolutamente sucios no hay sentimiento de seguridad en el condominio. Falta de personal de mantenimiento constantemente. Constantemente estan apareciendo cobros adicionales en las facturas.

I haven't had any major problems living here. Some minor ones being loud machinery being used when I'm still sleeping and sometimes the kids outside are loud but other than that it's generally a quiet place to be

I enjoy living here. So far my experience has been great. The location is convenient to different places where I commute to work. My neighbors are nice and courteous. I especially love the location which is within walking distance to Lakel Lynn.

I love my new home!
I recently moved into my apartment, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Let me start by saying that the location is simply unbeatable. Situated just a stone's throw away from the lake, every day feels like a retreat into nature, and after living in downtown Durham, it is a great change of scenery. To top it off, it is very close to Crabtree Valley Mall and Cinemark movie theater. Now, about the apartment itself. It is a 90ās build which does come with its quirks and challenges, but to me, that only adds to its character. Despite its age, the price is incredibly fair, making it accessible without compromising on quality. One of the standout features of this place is the exceptional team behind it, to be honest. From day one, they've been nothing short of incredible. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly responsive to any concerns or issues that arise. It's clear that they genuinely care about the well-being and satisfaction of the residents, which is a rare find in today's fast-paced world. good location very good prices there are all types of schools and we can attend any school in the area. I wish there was less swamp between the houses and a reminder to clean up animal droppings. there are dangerous trees on the territory that can fall on your car. does not clean up in entrances at all.

UGH.. So Nasty
Update 3.3024 I have handed in my termination. My lease was 15 months, but after 12 I am moving. They also put the assistant manager to the manager position who could care less about any resident. Please do not move in here.......... This is bad and has gotten worse. I notified management that I have a dry cough and constant runny nose. I suspect there is mold or something in the air or ventiallation that is causing me to be constantly sick as well as my cat starting to wheez. They tell me I have allergies and I don't. Something is wrong. Also found a dead rat on my patio. So, the maint supervisor comes in with something to test for wet and nothing is wet, so he says no mold/contaminents. He doesn't understand there can be mold in a dry area that once was wet and are refusing to do a mold test because everything is dry "right now" Picture of moldy window attached. I am sure the vents are bad. Second round sending in a person from Restoration pros Company that did the same little water meter to check if anything is wet in the walls. Office Staff is always helpful friendly and professional, everything done in a timely manner, in addition amazon lockers are a bonus along with the care wash, convenient mailbox location and convenient location of exercise room numerous parking and additional visitor spaces as well, convenient entrance and exit access

Bridgeport is a very comfortable and quiet place to live. Itās located in a great part of Raleigh thatās a 5-10 minute drive to anything you really may need. The residents and staff all seem to be very friendly. Itās also a plus to live on a Lake surrounded by a trail.

Overall, very favorable. My 2-bedroom works well for me. Management and maintenance have responded favorably for me. Right now my very small peeve is the quality of the pool water. Traditionally, the pool water has been quite good. I'm in the pool daily so I see it under most weather conditions. However, recently, for a period of 7 or 8 days, the water surface has been close to bad. I have mentioned this to both management and maintenance. I don't mind leaves and bugs who happen to drop into the water - that's very understandable. But the quantity of hair lately in the water has gotten very unnerving. HOWEVER, lately (today) the quantity of hair in the water seems to be going down. So, maybe things are on a positive swing. If so, I am very happy with the progress. Thanks for asking.

Really nice place, looks like in the pictures and videos. Would recommend the apartments and the community. They need to make more control of bugs since they are really common around the property. People are friendly.

Good location, close to shopping, schools and work, also lake is right here to walk around, or just sit down and watch birds flying and turtles swimming in the lake, in short, good place to relax or to exercise alone, with friends /family/pets.

regular since at the beginning the apartment had many defects and in addition to this the electric dishwasher has never worked since it does not allow the soap to be released because it collides with the grilles at the bottom and does not let it open and it is very old

Comfortable community and good location near Lake Lynn trail. Maintenance and office staff are excellent and grounds are well maintained. The only issue is with the parking. It can be a challenge at certain times of the day to find a spot near our apartment.

We moved to Bridgeport in 2005. The proximity to the Lake Lynn walking path and easy egress with the Glendower traffic signal are very attractive. Maintenance is very prompt and professional. The porch is nice for plants. Insect repellent professional spray is available on Fridays by calling the rental office. Rents are competitive. The sprinkler system is reassuring. Location is convenient.
