Roaches

Ive been seeing 3/4 roaches per day and had pest control for a couple weeks now and nothing has changed! Its be coming unbearable! Ive contacted leasing office and have been told to keep using pest control but its obviously not working. Ive been here a year and its just getting worse!

This complex went from luxury to low income and it has shown. The property is dirty, the complex reeks of marijuana and cigarettes. The pool is disgusting. This is suppose to be a smoke free facility yet people smoke freely everywhere. Management does little to fix these problems. It truly is unfortunate how bad this place has turned into these last several months. Not happy at all.

This apt complex is 100% for you if you want the upgraded layouts within the apartment. Super nice appliances and great floor designs? outside of that I don't have many positive things to say. I've actually been with the complex since 2023. I started in a 2 bedroom and went down to a 1 bedroom. Since I've been here the improvements I've notice that need to be made are as follows? 1. Third party contractors? seems like we hire the cheapest work possible. From the lawn care, to more recently the power washing team. Very sloppy work and really makes the complex look like it's not well maintained or as well as it should be. 2. Noise complaints are not taken serious and your emails will be ignored. 3. Amenities could be 10x better. Pool is super small, work out equipment is not that great, and once again not the most well kept complex. Some of that does have to do with the residents so it's not fair to put that all on the complex. 4. I have been experiencing several inconveniences since moving in. Unfortunately, the leasing office has been only doing the bare minimum, which is unacceptable. We were moved into a handicapped unit without our prior knowledge, and when we tried to transfer to a similar unit, they wanted to charge us more, which is unreasonable. Additionally, we have had three water leaks that required major repairs. The walls are very thin, and we can hear everyone's conversations as they walk past our unit. The upstairs neighbors are always making noise, and at times it sounds as if they are bowling over the top of us. The apartments are far from luxury. The breezeway is never clean, and the walls outside the apartment are covered in spiderwebs and dead bugs. Despite advertising as luxury, they do not make it their business to keep those areas clean. Packages have been stolen, and the leasing office did not handle our concerns well. The inside of the apartments is nice but poorly built. Our walls bow out, and the baseboards constantly turn yellowish. Water even pooled into our bedroom after raining. When I moved to Foxwood, it was a great experience. My apartment is perfect. It's very updated very clean bright which is something that I insisted on. The staff is wonderful, absolutely friendly helpful couldn't have done a better. Maintenance is amazing here anytime you have the slightest issue. They are on it right away and have it resolved for you whether it's changing the filter in your refrigerator to helping with the door lock Or just doing yearly maintenance checks. The only issue I have is when I first moved here there was a different Resident Type. There were people who cared and kept the place clean and nice dog owners picked up behind their dogs. These things are not exactly in the control of the staff But there has been a drastic change in the last four months. At first it was great and the shared space was kept clean. The trash were not kept outside the apartments all day every day. Since I moved the apartment hasn't been repainted and will be requesting this soon.

I continue to be well satisfied with how well Foxwood Luxury Apartments is managed. The staff stays on top of complaints, and makes sure tenants live in a quiet building environment. When I enter the office, the staff always takes care of my concerns with a caring attitude. Micky is a great leasing manager and the ladies in the office are courteous, helpful, and professional.

Overall the experience has been positive here. The buildings were hastily constructed and there is some evidence of that, but the floor plans are efficient and feel spacious and I love the amount of windows and natural light in my apartment. I do feel rent increases the last two years have taken rent beyond what I would consider fair market value, so I will likely be leaving the community, but overall my experience here has been neutral to positive.

I love the area and apartments. I do not like the fact they let anybody live here. Dog dodo always everywhere and people not respecting where they live to help keep our place clean. Trash also piled up because people just don't care. Loud noise all hours of night of music and dogs barking. No need to complain nothing is never done.

Overall, my experience has been okay. The trash and recycling dumpsters or constantly overflowing or residents just aren't putting their garbage in the shoot at all. I also noticed an increase in the amount of miscellaneous items that residents no longer want piling up between the two dumpsters which looks horrible. I am also very frustrated with lack of encorcement on the "no smoking" policy. My neighbor is constantly smoking weed and has visitors at all hours of the night coming and going and it always smells like weed when they open the door. I called the office to complain and was told that there is nothing that can be done until a staff member witnesses it. This is extremely hard because by the time I call and a staff member ventures over, the smell has disappeared and nothing can be done. I enjoy having my windows open but the constant smell of weed filters in, not allowing me to enjoy the cool air now that the weather has cooled down.

A very beautiful community! However I've had the most problems here regarding noise complaints. Honestly it's an apartment complex we are going to hear noise. I think the ceilings/floors could have been built thicker for the price we pay.

Overall Foxwood is a good place to live. Here's what needs improvement: -Parking: there are no assigned spaces so sometimes as a resident you have to park far away from your building because people have guests over taking up parking spots. If each apartment had one spot assigned this would be mitigated. -Maintenance: they can perform basic repairs but do not always listen to residents when requests come in. We had to have our dryer looked at and replaced multiple times simply because they wouldn't clean out the lint hose in the back.

When I first moved here it was always clean. The parking lots, building etc. We were also allowed to Airbnb. Which was nice. The first management company was nice and handled our needs. There has been 4 since I been here and it's declining.

Since moving here in Oct. 2021 I've had issues with management (3 management properties since moving here); trash left in hallways; hallways dirty; grass is dead on my street; hard to get through to the office; manager doesn't reply promptly to most of my emails and issues I've emailed about have not been resolved. Very disappointed in my time here.

I've had no issues living here. The apartments are perfectly sized and the layout is great. It's peaceful, the staff are amazing and keep you updated on events and maintenance scheduling. Lots of food trucks stop in with great food. Neighbors are respectful and kind. The proximity to stores and the mall is great.
