The building itself is great and in a good location in downtown Raleigh. But it has a massive cockroach problem in the summer and the management is totally clueless. They're not helpful and aren't particularly bright.

Great location for young people in Raleigh. Inside of apartment is very nice and updated with modern features. Parking does not go to each level which is a hassle to have to use the elevator but really no other problems at all.

It's been awesome living here until covid. Now it's not so great because no one wears a mask! The management company says there's nothing they can do. So folks are in and out if shared spaces and the elevator all day without masks.

The property manager and assistant made moving in very easy and were able to accommodate all of my requests. They were extremely helpful and willing to do anything to make my move in experience easy. The complex is beautiful with very friendly people and I'm excited to explore it more. Perfect location as well.

I really love where I live. My apartment itself is fantastic! The location is perfect and it's so close to all of the restaurants and bars. I'm right in the heart of downtown, while also being tucked away enough.

I LOVE living at the Link! The apartments are beautiful, rent is reasonable and it is the single best location in Raleigh! The managers are very helpful, and the complex has been more than generous anytime I've had any small problems. Definitely don't think twice about living here.

The apartments are up to date and the location couldn't be better. Yes, you'll hear the train but you get used to it and it's worth it for all the benefits. Last but not least the staff are amazing, welcoming, and incredibly helpful!

I had a great experience living in the link complex. The building is located in the best area of Raleigh if you are looking to be close to restaurants, bars and great nightlife in general. The units inside are immaculate. You can tell that furniture and all the appliances in the unit are made of a higher material quality.

Great apartments and location, but a bit noisy due to the train and nearby nightlife. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is perfect for going out to restaurants and bars. Very beautiful common areas.

I love living at the Link! It is close to everything in Glewood and near Cameron Village. I walk everywhere, even to work. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I just had a friend of mine move into the building because of how much she saw in enjoyed living here!

Community is great, staff is very helpful. Very small rental space for money. You have to pay extra for a deck. Very difficult move in process. There is one main elevator and if your located on the other side of the building, good luck. Bars, restaurants are easily accessible.

After relocating to Raleigh for work from Washington DC The Link was one of the last apartments I had toured. It quickly went to the top of my list due to the friendly staff, close proximity to downtown, and the design of the studio apartment. I have recommended this apartment complex to many of my co-workers and friends in the area and have very much enjoyed my experience living here.

Maintenance is nice great, nice work out facility. Parking is an issue. Staff friendly not so responsive after lease is signed. Good location, better deals same area if you have time to shop around, check out options.

Love this community! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great place to have pets. I wouldn't live here if I didn't like dogs though, almost everyone on my floor has one. Great amenities and maintenance is always fast!

Love it! However the parking/bugs can be an issue. Bugs I only noticed in the summer and parking has only been an issue recently. Other than that the apartment is perfectly located, great residents, and amenities.

Amazing apartments and location. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. One huge asset of living here were the constant community events. Every month there are multiple events that you can attend that are fun and help let you get to know your neighbors. The pool is pretty small and the gym's cardio equipment needs a upgrade, but I still highly recommend living at The Link. The apartments themselves are top notch.

This apartment has been one of the best I've ever lived in. Apartment is up to date and the office and maintenance staff are all kind and prompt. I've only had to submit one maintenance request so far and it was addressed the same day. Area gets a little busy on the weekends, but it's prime downtown life! I will for sure be renewing my lease when the time comes.
