our apartment has a washer and dryer that does not belong to the community because the previous residents stole theirs and replaced it with free Craigslist  junk. I have had problems since I moved in 9 months ago and have requested and requested and they put patches on it and try to fix it and it still doesn't work I have to dry my clothes 2 to 3 times before it actually becomes dry and power washing machine does not put out hot water and never has and it still has not been fixed. Upon moving in I noticed an issue with the back porch roof and ceiling water damage and dropping paint I immediately contacted the office and asked for that to be repaired I was told it would be done so when it was above freezing it is now October and the water damage has never been fixed after their most recent storm my back porch carpet reeks of mildew

I have been living here for two years and have had a great overall experience.  Great location: 3mins to NC State&#44; 10 mins to downtown&#44; and quick access to major highways.  Within walking distance of a Harris Teeter&#44; Planet Fitness&#44; a couple of bars&#44; a pizza place and chinese takeout.  One of the few apartments I have seen around here with a washer and dryer and wood burning fireplace.  The management was new when I moved in and they have always been helpful&#44; they remember my wife and me by name.  These are not the fanciest apartments around but the are defiantly the best deal in Raleigh.

I love Madison hunters glen, its just the office lady was so rude, and unpleasant to me. She made it so I cant even call, or go the office. How am I suppose to get my repairs done if I cant go up there or call?????? I really wish she was gone!

I&apos;ll start by saying that I felt conned upon leaving Madison Hunters Glen, and I don&apos;t want anyone else to have to feel that way. It is my opinion that this apartment complex is overpriced, understaffed, and questionably managed at best. I was a resident for just over two years, and in that time, I had no doors on my kitchen or bathroom cabinets despite multiple promises of having them installed. What did come with the apartment gradually fell apart during my stay. The maintenance staff -- which I can only assume endured constant turnover -- changed my 90-day air filter three times that I&apos;m aware of in that two-year span. Once during this period, an email promising residents upgrades like accent walls and updated faucets was issued, but they didn&apos;t even have anyone there capable of putting doors on my cabinets. The property itself -- and the adjacent shopping complex -- was frequented by Raleigh Police. I came home what seemed like once a week to flashing blue lights, at least twice associated with my neighbors. I experienced all of these problems in a very meager, 712-782 square-foot apartment. And Madison Hunters Glen solved them by raising my rent substantially over that two-year span. To add insult to injury, I didnâ€™t receive my security deposit -- which I might add was short -- until nearly three months to the day after I moved out. I won&apos;t even go into the poor communication that transpired during this ordeal. The terms of my lease expired at midnight on October 26. I had all of my belongings moved out before then. I turned my keys in after work on October 27. I got a check on January 23; it was shortchanged. I&apos;d hoped my experience wasn&apos;t indicative of a larger problem at the corporate level. However, when I called a corporate representative, who I felt was rude and unhelpful, she told me that I hadnâ€™t moved out until October 28 and that the deduction was for two prorated days. I have proof to the contrary. Essentially, their mistake -- an avoidable mistake in a long line of avoidable mistakes -- cost me money. This is beyond unacceptable, and no good renter should be subject to it. The moral of the story is this: Raleigh is a great area to be, and there are hundreds of better places to live. My advice would be to avoid this one at all costs.

I have a good experience so far. Maintenance and office staff listen and act on your problems. Units vary from one to another. The community landscaping is also nice. All the grocery, bus service, and major stores are within around 3 miles radius. overall I am satisfied with this place.

I feel safe living here. Outdoor community amenities are clean and easy to access. We have great neighbors here. The residence services staff are amazing people! The maintenance team always makes a timely response to requests and they are thorough in their work. These apartments are spacious and the rates are the best value in Raleigh. You also get convenient access to the GoRaleigh bus line.

I work at NC State and this location is very convenient! I also enjoy the pool and screened in patio* I would recommend you try this location! Since I've been here the staff and maintenance crew have been wonderful!

You charge to much, with lesser amenities than other Apts in the same price range. Outdoor fitness facilities is only seasonal. No indoor fitness facilities available. Other like priced Apts in area provide clubhouse and Wi-Fi available

It is a convenient location, convenient space, however over priced because the apartments are very old and squeaky with every step taken from your neighbors. The parking space is not safe, and since 2019 we have been told it's in progress and we are fixing it, and still waiting.

Overall, my experience was pretty poor. The first week I moved into my apartment, I had a flooding caused by the upstairs neighbor taking a shower, about 6 months later I had a flood from my neighbors dumping grease into their sinks and it caused a backup in my pipes and flooded my apartment causing 70% of my living space to be soaked in water with a putrid smell that lingered in the apartment for multiple days. This happened a second time. And then on a third time there was a rain storm and it caused a leak in the corner of my apartment. On top of all of this, my apartment was infested with fruit flies every spring and summer and the complex could not manage to get this issue under control during my entire tenure at the apartment.
