I feel safe living here. Outdoor community amenities are clean and easy to access. We have great neighbors here. The residence services staff are amazing people! The maintenance team always makes a timely response to requests and they are thorough in their work. These apartments are spacious and the rates are the best value in Raleigh. You also get convenient access to the GoRaleigh bus line.

Recently moved in, but so far it has been a good experience. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Excellent leasing office staff. Submitted a maintenance request online for a minor issue and someone came the next day.
