This complex is overall fine. There are a few problems of course, but that is to be expected at any apartment complex. The upkeep on the grounds of the complex are generally good. Sometimes there will be trash around the parking lot or around the street, but it is generally picked up fairly quickly. It's in an unfortunate location though. My apartment is directly behind the grocery store and strip mall that the complex sits behind. It can get pretty loud at night with the trucks going in and out. I also had a lot of problems with the plumbing in the first few months I lived there. Multiple times my kitchen floor was filled with water due to clogged drain lines and the washer not being hooked up properly, but those issues have since been resolved. Other than that it has been decent.
