Initially it was very good, but then the longer I've been here the more I am dissatisfied with it. We pay additional fees on top of our base rent for seemingly no reason at all. We pay for pest control and for groundskeeping and all that and seldomly do we see the benefits of those fees. Pest control is completely non existent and the grounds are always a mess. They blow off the parking lot once a week and that's it. The hallways in the breezeways are disgusting, the exterior of the buildings are disgusting and appear to not have been cleaned in years. I was also mislead about the amenities in my unit, but that's a whole novel I could type. Overall, if I could do it again, I wouldn't have chosen to live here.
