My experience has been neutral. Initially, I had some very unpleasant neighbors that were constantly fighting and calling the cops on each other. Since they have left, it has been better. The extremely thin walls and ceilings are awful and awkward, but it's typical of every apartment. Maintenance has been responsive. However, most recently, there is a terrible infestation of small roaches in my unit. Terminix has come through twice and I have set up my own traps and I am still finding them all over the unit, which I keep extremely clean. Additionally, I have asked for my inefficient and very old HVAC unit to be replaced (it is clearly way beyond its estimated useful life of 20 years), because my electricity bill is through the roof and I only turn the AC on at night. I have gotten radio silence regarding this request. Lastly, the trash and dog poop around the community is disgusting. This needs to be better. Overall, I am satisfied with what I pay for rent and with the size of my unit, but things can be better.
