When I applied to this apartment, I was verbally told that I do not meet the requirement. So I was asked to pay $200 for processing fee. Also since it was an urgent to move into apartment, there was extra $500 in cash.
After I got 2sets of keys, I was told that I had to pay $500 more.
However I pulled my own report from the company and it says I met background requirements and must pay 1month worth of security deposit which i did pay 1month worth of security deposit. If I followed exactly what report states I was wondering what was the reasons why I had to pay extra hundreds of dollars to move in...
so I felt there was fraud. I tried to reach out to the office but never got a respond for my emails.
I felt, if my concerns are not office's concern I never receive emails or call.
It would be great if office can reach back out to answer residents respond, it would be much nicer.
