I have lived here for ten years and never really had a problem with maintenance not doing there job in a reasonable amount of time. I am not satisfied with them now!!!! I have had a maintenance request in for two months and it still hasn't been done!!!!!!! They came in look and said they will be back. Also has been to the office several times. All they can say is they put the request in. This is not acceptable.

The office staff changes so much it's hard to keep up highly unorganized and unprofessional! I was mailed someone's else's recertification paperwork and had their social security number visible! When I alerted staff she flipped the paper over and said so sorry and that was it! None of the amenities work properly. If one of the kids does anything the pool gets closed. The exercise room doesn't even have weights and for a working professional like myself is never open so I can use. I rent a washer and dryer and month after month I have to report the dryer not drying my clothes properly. My hot water heater leaks and when you report this maintenance takes their time fixing it! I miss Chance and Mark they were great! The lawn maintenance guys are awful they purposely blow debris everywhere they don't care about plants or anything they just blow your outside items everywhere.The trash is ridiculous it gets everywhere.

River Birch is a very good community. Every one minds their business. The community stay clean and the maintenance stays on top of their job . The office administration is here to help and insist Monday through Friday and they walk you through your application process. Over all I give a five star . Great location to mall and stores for whatever you need.

well so far it has been been good , no loud noises , no drama , no fights the community is a great place for my baby . I can't really complain I love it here and wouldn't ask for anything better. The landlords are amazing , the maintenance are amazing.

When I first moved in, administration in organization was nut present currently lost of professionals and kind people working in the office. Sadly, during the week, theyre several gatherings that making a lot of noises and trashings the sidewalk and playing around cars that are parked.

Well I lived @ River Birch for 7yrs and I loved it but until The crime started to get out of control, and the drug started to fester the neighborhood And being harassed by some neighbors, I just don't wanna live here anymore and we always get good management and then they leave overall I'm just tired of this environment and ready to go with my kids, I am a single mom 4 and sometimes I fear for my safety in my children Safety

I have enjoyed living in this community for 7 years. Everything is convenient. I have notice that the trash men are coming around at least twice a week as well as the gentleman that performs the up keep of the community.

This would be a better place to live if there weren't a lot of noise late at night from partying and domestic disputes. Also, the apartments need to be renovated along with the workout/gym facility (more equipment needed).

Not worth the money and this community is draining to live in hopefully I can move when my lease is up and you have to be careful of letting your kids play outside because some of the other kids are reckless

Neighborhood is nice the people that live in the community have dogs firearms loud music drug activity don't feel safe with my children harnessing neighbors overall the place is nice staff no issues when things need to be dealt with such as maintenance problems wonderful manager amazing staff would I recommend others to love here yes place just need to be cleaned up a bit

When I first moved here it was a good place. I enjoy my apt inside. When you come out people are rude ignorance and allow animals to poo in your grass and the Rental office never says anything to be honest they wouldn't care about anything. Neighbors feud fight violence trash and they dont do anything. It's not the same management team so things changed for the worse. It's not a good place to live unless your on section 8 and have no other choice but stay in your apt mind your business and never go to the rental office they won't do nothing does not care. Professionalism is bad and they get amused by drama

I don’t live here but I’m live adjacent to this place. I can tell there’s so much crime and noise from loud cars all day long every shingle day. So much goes on that I can see from my eyes and it is not right. The police are constantly in and outbid that place. Recently there were shootings and drug activity and other kinds of violence. A few years back a murder happened there involving a 19 year old kid. So dangerous there. Rethink moving there.

I love living here it's close to everything but not only that when you have a property manager who genuinely cares about her residents and the comfort of their homes it makes it even better.No matter the time of the night or day if I call with a maintenance issue they are always on it within a hour.I Love River Birch Apartments and team.They are the most cleanest and caring people.The property is very beautiful.Thank You Shereika for the opportunity to be a resident

I love, love my Apartment! I love the location and also the staff is very friendly, Exactly! Maintenance fixed everything at a timely manner and very respectful! Nice inside and out. Office staff is on top of any situation you have and they get the job done! I'm so glad I chose this place!

I'm over the last few months I have had an overwhelming amount of bugs in my place that I have watched come in thru holes in the apartment that they have done nothing about! Last Monday I had a SNAKE in my apartment and they did nothing about it! I am terrified of snakes and when I asked to be moved to another apartment they said that they had none and they also said I couldn't get out of my lease! They want to put something down not patch up the holes! I'm NOT living with snakes! I'm currently living at my daughters house because I am afraid to go home! Do not move here! I'm going to have to take them to court to get something done and not ruin my credit! I wouldn't let my dog live on this property!

Don't always believe what people say. Go check out things for yourself. I have been living here for 3 years. I never had a problem with maintenance or the office people. I will just say they can fix repairs quicker... the kids are out of control and the neighbors, that's another topic. I will just say I turn my eye to a lot of stuff. I pay my rent rent and mind my business.

I hated this community. No peace. A lot of gang activity The neighbors was very annoying. They won't fox nothing in unit make up excuses but yet money hungry. There's no true available parking for you.

The maintenance is the WORST every time u call with an emergency after hours they always say wait until the next day then never comes. I've had problems since the day I moved my things in here . I only been here a month today and have had the worst experience. You have to call over and over and over just to get something fixed . I called because I woke up and it rained in my house and I was told to put towels down and wait until tomorrow ????????? We suppose to have wall to wall carpet witch I don't and was told all carpets was being taken up but I've seen them put new carpet down since . I don't think I will renew my lease if I can help it . Maintenance Just got here to my home and asked do I have towels to get the water up ?????? I do but I'm not using my bath towels when they can clean it up with they own supplies.

I just renewed my lease in January for the third year. I love my apartment!! The location.. reasonable rent.. great staff in the office .. Sherrieka is very helpful and knowledgeable .. Maintenance handles issues in a timely manner... it’s just a great place to Live!!!

I've been here almost 3 months and for far most I have not had an issue. This is the first time I'm living in an apartment complex and I can't complain about it. Its very quiet and neighbors are friendly . Maintenance workers are on point , and I like the fact notices are giving before they enter your home. The staff have been very helpful so I thank you

I have lived in many apartment complexes and is one is top notch. The staff is exceptional and very courteous, they try to cater to every whim and go out of there way to make you feel welcome. The few times I have had any problems the maintenance staff has come to take care of the problem in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend River Birch Apartments to anyone looking for a good place to call home.
