My option to choose Solis Buffaloe was the next best living decision I made. Although, I was not prepared to move from my previous location because of property buy-out. It was just as beautiful as Solis Buffaloe. The staff here at Solis Buffaloe literally helped to ease the disappointment I was feeling. They explained everything with confidence and clarity. If you are looking for a wonderful experience and new apartment community that offers several great incentives. Then I encourage you to come meet the staff here are Solis Buffaloe. I love great customer service and presentation is everything to me!

Weird noises when someone upstairs is using what I assume is the washer. Also water hammering when turning faucet on/off. Relatively quiet but occasional dogs barking. Seems like the water at the kitchen faucet gets hotter than the shower.

Honestamente mi experiencia no ha sido muy buena, ya que el apartamento no se me fue entregado en las mejores condiciones, número uno no estaba limpio, número dos, el apartamento me fue entregado con muchísimos detalles que son realmente visibles, lo notifiqué al día siguiente en la oficina, enviaron a los de mantenimiento, y en vez de solucionar los problemas de pintura que tiene el apartamento honestamente lo dejaron peor a como estaba, cuando la pintura se secó no quedó igual a la de la pared, le dije y volvieron a pintar sobre esa pintura, se las manchas de pintura todavía, fui a la oficina nuevamente y me dijeron que ya no podían hacer más nada por mi, con respecto a cómo habían quedado las paredes, la señorita solo me dijo. Que era completamente normal que este tipo de cosas sucedieran en los apartamentos, en realidad no es normal. Pero esa fue respuesta. A lo que también me dijo que si estuvieran construyendo una casa para mi, sería diferente porque si podrían arreglar esos detalles más a fondo

Fantastic place to live!

[Incentivized Review] Solis Buffaloe has been so wonderful since my partner and I moved in. The amenities are insanely impressive (the gym is CRAZY!) and I can’t wait to see what the area will look like once all the buildings are up and running! The staff are very attentive and so sweet, always saying hi when I walk by. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Where do I start, from the management team Makayla, KJ or decor in the Office. I tell them every time I step into their office. I needs 3 of them beautiful blue chairs. Managment team is amazing, helpful, patient, and wonderful from the start of the move in process. They haven't told me I'm worisome yet, but I know I am. Nice roomy apartment, blue, light gray interior probably caught our eye, Amenities awesome, maintenance comes in and leaves out clean, neighbor a little loud but ceiling are tall so doable. Our cave that we don't want to leave. Fire alarm won't let me cook but needed. We love love putting our finger on door lock to lock the door but that's changing. Everything has been excellent, with no complaints so far. Thanks, Solis Buffaloe.

The staff has been fantastic and the gym, pool, and other amenities are awesome. The pricing and move-in specials were the best I found when searching for a new place to move to, especially for a new and very nice apartment complex.

The leasing staff / management ladies are amazing. However the maintenance is awful. You’ll have plenty of issues in the NEW luxury apartment. Would not recommend. The location is amazing. Very quiet neighborhood.
