I've lived here for almost three years and I love it. My one bedroom apt has a sunroom, a patio and a lot of open space. Since I've been here for a while, I have seen my share of office staff and maintenance staff come and go but I can honestly say, they've cleaned all that up and now the staff are the best you can get. Tarynn, the property manager, is a very caring yet strong individual. Of course, if you don't pay your rent, you'll get an eviction notice but think about it, she has a job to do. (I know when I go to work, if I don't do my job, I'll get fired. She's in the same status). Besides, my lease never said "pay your rent when you want to and we'll let you live here for free when you don't pay."
I've had some recent situations with a new neighbor and the office staff have handled it right away. I've also seen some past residents, who have caused trouble, not have their leases renewed, so living here became a better experience.
I'm glad I live here and I can't say enough positive about the staff. Tarynn, Helen, Anthony and everyone I've dealt with have been GREAT!!!!! For those who don't like it here, move! It's that simple. (Maybe pay your rent on time and it might be a better place for you too!!!!).
