DO NOT RENT FROM WAKEFIELD GLEN. Nothing but a bunch of liars. All they care about is making money, not about the customer. I rented a townhome for me and wife and kids. When I first moved in and I noticed some mold in the living room, Bedroom closet, and the closet where the water heater is. I told ------ the property manager about it and she said it would be taken care of. I ask her could it be taken care of today, because my one of my kids has bad asthma. And she said sure I will send someone TODAY to fix it for you. When I got home that day it was not fixed. I asked my wife did anyone from maintenance come here, and she said no. So I went back up to the office and told ------ it needs to be taken care of tomorrow. And she said it would be taken care of tomorrow. And the next day it was taken care of. Then a few months later, I come home from work one day and my wife tells me there was a number of police in the apartment complex. I soon found out there was a drug dealer living in the apartments. Who the police arrested. That really goes to so you that all they care about is the money, not the safety of others. And just this month my kid with the bad asthma started to sick. So I decide to get the townhouse inspected for mold. After the inspection, I find out all they did was paint the mold. I decide in the end to get out of my lease. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. So do yourself a favor and DON'T RENT HERE!!
