Ok if you want to know the truth.......I've lived here since 2009.....I've been in 3 different units in the property they look nice to start off with. Water leaks have plagued all 3 units in this property.....my town house actually had a water leak and would drip out of the fresh air return right at the front door......mold in behind the wall along with rotten wood subfloor.....I have pictures......they boast a luxury apartment yet these repairs go unresolved......(mold still behind the sheetrock they painted and moved Someone straight in when I moved out...).....the grounds have trash scattered about all over the property residence have written hateful remarks in chalk behind people's cars.......and the trash compactor had trash running down the sidewalk from Wednesday till this am 12/2........safety......one if my neighbors had his 06 gto stolen from his garage on property .....other break ins have happened and tho management said nothing went missing I was there when the office arrived and the man's 65" tv was stolen along with other personal belongings.....the criminal entered thru an unlocked window......homeowners stated he never had it unlocked maintenance was there that day doing maintenance....since then we had a break in our dog alerted us to the intruder...it left when he heard her barking and growling...this place has had 6 property managers since I moved in and everyone of the promises that have been made to fix something in my units have always not been dine because that manager isn't here anymore........an honest review from someone overpaying to live here.......all their extra fees and gross over charges for trash removal.......and special fees......this place is rediculous.......we had a 280 dollar electric bill in the townhouse.......the HVAC couldn't keep the master bedroom cool or warm depending on the season...there was a 10 or 15 degree difference between the hall and the master bedroom......
