Maint staff is very fast and knowledgable office staff has too much turn over and must constantly check in with them instead of them calling you back. Gated community would be best or around the clock security instead of an infrequent visit from the wf security.

    My first experience with apartment living and I must say the customer service has been the worst EVER! No one calls you back about anything, my move in date was delayed multiple times. Items to be fixed upon move in are still not done 3 months later. Invoices for rent are sent out late and are incorrect. Just a complete disaster. Plus endless wasted time trying to get a person to answer anything. It took over a month for my move-in application to process and that was just the beginning. The model apt was great but that is not what they moved me into....it was not even cleaned, disgusting beyond belief and still not up to par after all this time. urine was in the toilet, mold in the shower, baseboards chipped and missing, the apt was not painted, blinds were stained and gross. kitchen layers of grease underneath the dirty, dingy cabinets. water damage on the ceiling. random chunks taken out of the wall
