RUNNNN!!!! They are FRAUDS!! They overcharge you water ($400 a month is what they were trying to get me to pay at one point) and electricity ($150 a month for a one bedroom with heat at 65 and air at 75) and when you claim there is something wrong it will take months to get it resolved if it ever gets resolved. They LIE and then get nasty with you for trying to hold them accountable for what they said. This is the worse place you could ever live. I have approximately 10 work orders for them to fix my AC unit. When the work order was actually responded to (sometimes it would be weeks) they didn't do anything to correct the problem. I would have to call again later that day. It got to a point where I was tired of calling. They do not keep the corridors well lit. When the lights go out, it can take weeks for them to replace. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND FIND A BETTER APARTMENT COMPLEX TO LIVE IN. If you have a pet, they will charge you to replace the carpet whether or not your pet did damage. Beware!!!
