This was the first place of about 10 that we looked at when moving to Raleigh. It is in a great neighborhood, and it feels very safe. Pet friendly, and I've not met one person who isn't courteous and friendly. I have had issues with some things in the apartments, but they are usually there and have it addressed and fixed within a couple hours. The grounds are kept very maintained, and the office staff is great! I love living in Wakefield Glen! I do wish sometimes that there was more insulation between floors, but that's what you get for living in a first floor apartment! overall, very very happy with my choice.
