I have been here almost 2 years and never really had a problem. Any maintenence stuff has been fixed within 48 hours and the office staff is usually pretty helpful. There have been a couple times where I've encountered bugs/pests and with one call to the office they sent out the pesticide man. As far as residents, it feels like they just let anyone in anymore.

I LOVE my new home. I've always wanted to live in an affordable yet pretty upscale place. The office staff are super sweet and always smiling (especially Bruce!). Maintenance is quick to fix any problem and will leave no trace of their presence!
