This is a great community with a great staff but they have 1 major issue that they have failed to address, PARKING. I spoke with the office staff about this several times and have been told this issue is being addressed and it has not. I live in building 18 and there's more than enough parking for residents. I counted the apartments and the parking spaces and there's enough parks for each apartment to have 2 designated spaces. The issue is the visitors park where the residents park and we are left without adequate parking. I hate coming home from work and there are no parks near my building and I have to walk past 6-8 cars that don't have a parking sticker. When I brought this to the office staff attention they told me to park a few buildings away and that is unacceptable. Many nights I've had to park on a curb just to be near my apartment and it's very frustrating. There needs to be a solution to this problem and quick because I will start calling a towing service to remove all the vehicles without a sticker. It is unfair that we pay rent here and are told to park several buildings away when visitors can park where ever they please. Fix this problem quickly or it will be escalated.
