Wakefield Glen is a nice, quite and safe place to live. I love the fact it's secluded but yet convenient to so many places and the trails are phenomenal. The biggest issue here is that Property Management (PM) does not enforce the terms of our lease agreement. There seems to be some favoritism shown toward other residents. This is also apparent from emails received that are not enforced. Also, it seems to be overlooked when a suggestion/recommendation is provided to PM to enhance the living here.

Even though there are several issues that need to be resolved, my overall experience has been good. The property management staff is on top of notifying you when you have a package that's been dropped off and the maintenance team does an excellent job in fixing apartment issues. I have no problem in referring people to Wakefield. I realize that you're going to have issues no matter where you rent but it's all in how the issues are handled.
