We have been living in this community for 8 years. During that time the office staff has always been courteous and willing to answer questions we may have had. The maintenance staff has always been professional and complete jobs in quick and clean manner. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and close to shopping.

This is a great community. It is near the greenway and is perfect for walking. The maintenance staff is always riding through the community making sure it is kept clean. The office staff has always been courteous and always available when a problem arises.

My husband and i have lived in this community for 8 years. During that time we have found the office staff to be courteous and they have gone out of there way to help. The maintence staff has always been prompt to solving issues they are courteous and have left the area clean. The neighborhood is great for walki g.

We have enjoyed living in this community. The office staff has always been courteous and professional. The maintenance staff has always solved any request in a timely manner. The area is great for walking the greenway is close by and if you are lucky you can get to see deer and rabbits. Shopping and restaurants are both close by.

Enjoy living in community the office staff is courteous and always ready to help. The maintenance staff is polite and is,seen riding around complex,keeping it clean. We,enjoy the,area. I have noticed that there has been a,frequent change of maintenance people lately.

I enjoy the community it is quiet and the neighborhood is great for walking. The office staff is courteous and always tries to answer your questions. The maintenance staff is helpful. The one thing that annoys me is when residents leave there garbage and big black bags outside their apartment and I have seen it there for more than a week. It brings down the appearance of the complex.

The office and maintenance staff are always available and have been respectful and courteous. The grounds are well kept you can often see the maintenance staff cleaning the grounds. The walking is great and you can always see someone out to say hello to.

My experience has been a favorable one. The staff has been available even during these times answering questions and being available to the tenants. The maintence staff is always ready to help. I see them in there carts making sure the community is kept clean.

Very professional and someone is always available to take concerns. Office keeps residents up to date on what's happening in the community. The only complaint I would have is the stairwells are not swept and garbage is sometimes left lying around.
