As expected, private. On site staff is exemplary. My one disagreement with the monthly internet charge still remains. I look at it the same as charging me monthly for the electric wiring in my town home. Internet access is between myself and my internet provider, TWC, and myself. This facility does not provide me anything other than the physical cable between my privately owned equipment and TWC. I do not understand how the management company can charge me access to the physicals cable that was wired when this place was built. Unless you have a full time employee dedicated to surveillance and maintenance of this physical plant I do not see your justification in your monthly charge. I am retired but have spent close to twelve years in the telephony sciences, which included testing the introduction of broadband and fiber optics into the telephone industry. Further, I was the test engineer who completed the phase b analysis with bellsouth preceding the introduction of fiber optics into the class 5 switching computer network here in the US. Thus I believe my comments are qualified. If I am in error in my conclusions I would very much invite your comments and justifications for the charge.
