Several years ago much better friendlier staff when you had inquiries, now it's like they don't have time to even acknowledge your request or comment. Absolutely feel like a rental payment now instead of resident. The customer service from office staff give off the vibe of why are you bothering me. I've asked for consideration of not so much increase on rent it just seems like it's been going up drastically year to year and less renewal options. I've been there a long time and used to get longer lease renewal options. For the amount of rent and fees we pay the breezeways in the building between floors is filled with spider webs, dirt, pollen, lint from dryers, misc garbage and just overall upkeep. The trash valet is a joke, they take bags and throw from 3rd floor to walkway on ground level, they are loud and abrasive when collecting trash tumbling the containers where you can here it over TV playing. Definitely needs improvement overall but what we going do, with economy and landlord has 100 control over residents.
