Our staff is new so I cannot rate them yet. Elizabeth was the best of the office staff. She was wonderful. Took care if everything in an efficient manner. I have a problem with the way the entrance to my apartment is kept. Because of the barn swallows who nest here, there are bird droppings all over the ground and the walls. We were scheduled to be pressure washed, but it rained and only 2 buildings were done. They have not come back. I have COPD and cannot deal with their droppings. Nothing is done. I understand that Covid is the problem, but your residents need protection too. The grounds keepers should be provided with protective gear so they can get their work done.

I have only been living here for 2 weeks. The office staff has been extremely helpful and courteous to me and has answered all my questions. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and the atmosphere in the community is great. I know that schools are not far away as my daughter teaches at Wakefield Elementary and has taken me there.
