Overall I feel this is a safe community. What I do not like is the upkeep of the grass. My dog and I walk a lot on a daily basis and the grass is always tall in my opinion even after being mowed. Some neighbors are loud, but I guess that happens everywhere. I am not sure if I have new neighbors on the 2nd floor, but they are louder than before even at 1am I can hear them speaking or maybe yelling since I can actually hear them. What I do not like at all is the cigarette smoke around a couple buildings. I know people can do what they want outside in their balcony and parking lot, but I am very sensitive to those smells and have to avoid walking in any area people tend to stand around to smoke. Lastly, for the most part this is a very clean area, but I have found a lot of food being left in the parking lots around cars as I walk and my dog tries to reach for this food. I can understand people sometimes drop things, but this seems to be very common and it doesn't take much to pick up items we drop.
