I am almost 78 years old and this is the very first apartment I have lived in. Mostly, I am very satisfied with my apartment. As stated before, I feel some appliances need replacement. There are electric outlet that are duds. There are places for manual phones and tv plug-ins: Just updating. Because of the placement of my unit, I never use the patio because of the noise from the road so that us useless and could be used for storage. Ive always had wood floors and find the carpet a lot of work compared to wood. I love the location of the apartment as it is very close to shopping, banking, worshiping. Great location for walking. With COVID-19, the exercise room is off limits as well as the office equipment. I dont use the pool because of my skin and, when my grandchildren visit, its not a big deal because they have a pool in the yard. Basically, Im happy here and try to overlook things that are bothersome.
