I have a problem with water breaching my home through water rushing in the back of my townhouse. When I called to have someone look at the issue, the person who came was upset with me because I did not leave the water on the floor to ruin my furniture. He yelled, said he does not get paid enough for this and was rude beyond comprehension. As Rebecca the manager came to my home to ask what happened, it began to rain and flood again. She bought a shovel, got outside and started assisting with the issue. The "new guy" Tye came to assist and they have begun a process of repairing the issue with me as a partner. I am not concerned with the rudeness of the maintenance man who's name will not be said. He apologized, I will not hold him hostage to that moment. I will say that no one should have to trust that behavior in their home and slap on the hand among friends will not suffice again. The concerns with old caulk and resealed bathtubs is the same. Upkeep has not been up to par for the amount of money paid to live in the "Wakefield" area. The distance to shoppes, food and resources is convenient. Safety is not an issue, the neighborhood is caring and very present.
