I think the owners could do a better job investing in things like lighting so that it isn't so dark throughout the complex and more than one area for trash and recycling. The trash/recycling area is often a mess due to lazy tenants. Tenants should be fined for leaving a mess.

Cramped neighborhood. Apartment windows are filthy and have appear to have never been cleaned. Grounds keepers blow dirt and leaves onto parked cars. Not a pet owner but dog owners need a dog park so they don't feel they have the right to walk pets off leash.

The community is nice, but I wouldn't call it luxury. The parking lot is narrow, and there isn't sufficient outdoor space to walk or for kids to play. I'm content, but I'll likely relocate when my lease ends.
