I am entering my 11th year as a resident in Wakefield Glen. Been though many management. Staff and maintenance staff I truly enjoy my apartment home for the following reasons: location (close to everything) size ( one of the largest sq footage) great school district, very quiet, well kept grounds. Management Staff (Shana) very helpful and works hard to solve issues. Communicates to community about any issues concerning the residents. As for valet trash, I have gone from optional, 3 bags max, break down boxes, 2 bags (none left on ground) to current all bags must be in the container with lid closed, That’s basically 1 bag! For the amount paid for this service, many residents have to take their bags to the dumpster, so why can’t this service be optional?
