The move in was fast! And the staff were very welcoming and very professional about the process. I would recommend this community for anyone that is interested in being apart of a lovely community. The cameras here are also very comforting and I haven't had any issues in the building that was I live in.

Property staff is very nice. Property itself has improved since I arrived from all the problems that existed when I arrived. There is much less questionable activity going on than when I arrived. Nice.

I love the way people are such respectful of your space and speak the office has done the works around here before I moved here it was not a place I would have not wanted to stay here because it's more kids that is innocent and families that need protection where they stay

overall it's pretty quiet, can get noisey at times with the kids that live in my building. It could be alot better if the kids keep the breezeway clean and free of toys, trash, chalk off the breezeway.

I moved here in March of 2025. I have felt at home ever since. The office staff make you feel like family. It's quiet around here and I haven't had any issues with any of my neighbors. This is a great place to live! Highly recommend.

i had a few problems at first but now the apartment community is wonderful and i have a good home. some times people are loud but for the most part everything is great i feel very safe and i have alot of friends here.

Before the current staff, I had a very hard time trying to get a new front door because mine was damaged when I moved in. When Natalie and Erica came as management things started to get done around the community

So far so good I have no issues outside of noise sometimes but overall it's an enjoyable place to live. It has come a long way from the rough and rugged neighborhood it used to be. Management is wonderful as well.

Westminster came right on time when I needed it. At first it was a little sketchy, but then everything worked out there are cameras, community watch, and police ensures that the neighborhood is kept safe .

It's a Wonderful place and I love it and I love the wonderful staff and neighbors I love that it has a playground for my baby brother to enjoy play when he comes over or I have to babysit for my mom while she goes to her appointments or out

The property has improved tremendously since I first moved in, upgrades have been made, crime and drama is way down as well as a lot of involvement/care with/to the residents and I truly believe it's due to the new property manager onsite.

Well to be honest I haven't even experienced the community all the way yet I have officially moved in because I have no furniture at all right now but from what I've seen looking in the apartment and being there it seems nice

Well besides me being at the bottom neighbor above me is not considered the fact of noise all day every day is not appropriate I hate to say something an it be a conformation I'm not bout bc I like piece and quite and mostly we stay to ourselves trying not to complain but sometimes it makes you want to curse a individual out for stupid stuff

I recently moved in a week ago, so my time in the community has been brief. However, I've noticed several positive aspects. The community features a nice park, a basketball court, and convenient proximity to the leasing office and laundry room. I have a friendly neighbor across the complex, and the neighbors in my building have been respectful and unobtrusive. Additionally, the location is advantageous, being close to food restaurants and shopping centers. Overall, everything is going well so far.

Nice setting and quiet area. Good spot to live in I was put across the street from the office so it made me feel more safe about the environment I was in for me and my son. The people in the office were very helpful and patient with me.
