It's been nice, very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It's a great step up from an apartment. The walls also seem to be pretty sound proof since we rarely hear our neighbors. Maintenance is also fast to respond.

The townhome was not ready at move-in. We moved in July 2nd after paying all necessary amounts 2 days before. We were in talks with our leasing agent days before so it was known what home we were going into at what needed to be done to have it ready. At move in, there was a spider infestation, the home was not cleaned, the guest bath tub faucet was loose, the ice maker needed to be fixed (we fixed it), the townhome had scuffed paint showing need for repainting, the garage light bulb needed replacing, and a light switch was halfway popping out of the wall. Because it was July 2nd, we were forced to wait over the July 4th weekend for any kind of fix. My wife had a poor experience with a maintenance worker who told her, "I guess something you'll just have to live with." They had it easy with me. My company paid for my move and we needed a place to stay. My job tends to move me around. I've stayed at some great places. This one is not off to a good start and I'm interested to see how they can instill my confidence after all of this. I did receive an email that tried to passively explain why things were the way they were and that someone would be out Monday and Tuesday to fix a few things, but no one has addressed how my wife has been treated.

Norman Ridge Townhones caught our eyes as we were driving through Mooresville - Terrell. We were on our way to look at another community but loved that there was a leasing office right out front! Tod greeted us and showed us two floorplans and told us all about the amenities NRT offers! We were sold? we immediately went and applied for a townhome of our own! We would be beyond blessed to be able to live here! Absolutely beautiful and in the greatest location in all of NC!

Staff if very attentive and caring. Building is extremely quiet. The technology is very helpful. The app makes everything easy to monitor and control when away from home. The property manager Todd is great and maintenance is fast and thorough.

Check out my cousins little family boutique ???? @ The communication of this property management was not attentive. I put in an application they said the only part was the finances by not much and they would try to see what they could do to get me approved since it wasn’t by much. I offered to pay two security deposits management said they would work on it and give me a call back by the end of the day this was the answer for 3 days straight. Closed over the weekend I’m calling again and now it’s no one is answering nor returning my calls. I’ve worked in real estate and this is not how you go about effectively communicating.

I stayed here a little over a year and really enjoyed my home. Spacious floor plan with a garage and great amenities. Very quiet neighborhood, safe for kids, home has security built in the system. Gabrielle made my experience in my home wonderful. She was able to handle any issues promptly, and I never had to wait too long for a response. I wish I could take her with me to other properties to show them how to be an office manager. Overall five stars to the community and 10 to Gabrielle!

Management team is excellent. Nice house floor plan. High quality service team. Landscaping is well maintained. Neighborhood is quiet. Very nice to have many pets and children in the neighborhood. This location is excellent due to proximity to Lincolnton, Denver, Sherrills Ford, Mooresville and Maiden.

In this community everything is great. Molly Soden is very professional in her job. When you come for the first time to ask for information and finish the leasing process, it is very easy. The place is very quiet, the neighbors are very nice. The maintenance man is very professional in his job, very friendly. I recommend coming to live here.
