I love living here. Downtown living is the best. I can walk to just about everything and rarely drive. The indoor and outdoor amenities are great! Pool, shared work space with WiFi, rooftop patio, coffee in the lobby. And the staff are wonderful, responsive and professional. And my apartment is perfect - everything new and a huge window with lots of light!

Great community with lots of things to do in the downtown area, parking is kind of different but it is doable. Love that its pet friendly and you really do not hear the pets in the building or outside.

Moving in was very smooth with the keys and welcome packet waiting for me upon arrival. There was easy access to unload everything to take directly to my room. Everything was clean and in great working condition as well.

Great! The amenties, staff, and neighbors are all nice and easy going. The building is always improving. A prime example is the newly installed electric chargers! There is always an event or free coffee as well!

I've just moved in but so far everything is going smoothly. The loading doc was very convenient for moving in, the coffee bar in the lobby has been amazing since I didnt have coffee beans when moving in, the carts were also very helpful to check out from the office to move stuff in. Everyone is super friendly and understanding.

Very great apartment, safety is a big thing for me in Winston so keyless entry to the building was a great selling point. Everyone is so kind and helpful, I called maybe 50 times to be well informed on everything before I made a decision and every question I had was answered kindly by the staff. They truely went above to help me on this moving process.

Very clean, brand new building with a great community! All residents are quiet and courteous, maintenance staff keep everything very clean! I show all of my friends the amenities and convice them they would love it here. Love all the dogs at the property too!

You will find exactly what you expect from Winston-Salem, it's a nice area. I have zero complaints about staff, rent, or the apartment unit itself. The concentric squares of apartment units is cool, and my only complaint would be that living on the inside ring leaves you next to the speakers in the pool area so you are part of every party. Would recommend investing in noise canceling headphones.

The apartment and maintenance staff are great! They are quick to resolve any issues without hesitation. The grounds are kept up nicely inside and out. The office staff are personable and thoughtful. It's nice to live in a community where the staff can remember not only my name but others I have noticed as well. The apartment complex is located in a great location with close proximity to parks, a local cinema, restaurants/bars, etc. Almost everything you would need within walking distance. A lover for community engagements? Link 4th Street has a monthly happy hour and other resident events throughout the year. Definitely love staying here and plan to renew.

Great location with oodles of amenities. Friendly, diverse population with lots of well-behaved dogs ;) Ideal for anyone who wants to explore the vibrant activities in the downtown area by foot or bicycle. Parking garage is convenient but I rarely drive as so much is within walking distance.

Theres been ongoing construction for over a year leaving the roads around the apartment congested. The hot water can't support two mor ing showerers, let alone a whole family. No real community or engagement events.

Very clean, quiet apartment. Though it is downtown I do not experience any disturbance. The staff is very polite and there is a quick response to any issues. The building is clean and the upkeep is well done. A good place to live in downtown WS.

I moved into Link apartments May 2023. Overall it is a nice apartment complex superficially. You would not be able to tell that there are many cheap corners cut with the complex on first glance. Here are examples where corners are/were cut: -cheap drawers in the kitchen do not open/ are difficult to slide - fans above stove do not send air the wrong way, resulting in excess steam in the microwave/kitchen cabinets - cheap interior doors- made of cardboard basically. - apartment entry door is a half inch off the ground, resulting in excess noise from the hallway and loss of AC in the apartment - balcony door needs to be slammed to shut it. - balcony are structurally insecure and have been worked on for 3+ weeks by construction workers to bring them up to code - tons of loud construction outside my windows directly because of Link Apartments fixes/rennovations. I work at home this impacts me. For the price, these faulty amenities make me not want to renew my lease. Importantly, the office staff and maintenance crew are exceptional. They are super responsive, listen to the needs of tenants and respond very quickly. If it weren't for the staff here I would have moved out long… See More>

Awesome place in a great location downtown. Close to food and bars. The place is very dog and pet friendly. A lot of the residents have dogs and are very nice. The dog bark and spa are really nice to have and are convenient.

This apartment complex is centrally located and very safe. The maintenance staff, especially Brandon, is extremely helpful and typically take care of things within a day. The apartment common areas are normally cleaned and well maintained.

From the day I moved in I have only had a good experience living here. The staff are friendly and approachable, as well as available should any issues arise. The grounds are kept clean, the pool and outdoor space is very inviting, and parking is very convenient. I am only moving out at the end of the year because of a change in job locations, otherwise would be signing another lease.

I moved into the Link 4th Street apartment in August of 2023, and have loved it so far. The building is so clean and the maintenance team are beyond kind every day and are so considerate of any needs. The gym is gorgeous and so well-kept, as well as the common areas on the 2nd and 6th floors, including the outdoor courtyard area. 4th Street couldn't be a better location with so much walkable around the apartment building, and the management office does such an incredible job promoting activities in both the complex and throughout Winston-Salem
