I came in with some questions; Schyler, one of the leasing consultants, is very polite. All my questions were answered professionally and quickly, I was quite impressed! Really enjoy living at the Commons & Landing.

    I like the people that work here office,cleaning staff and maintenance. The hot tub is nice but often to bleachy. The indoor pool to cold for my comfort but others don't seem to mind. Nice full access gym. Nice tv,party room but only available when not rented out. At the commons they start off with tiny one bedroom that has enough room for full size bed, a bathroom with washer,dryer and a tiny kitchen,no living room. I can't recommend that to anyone unless you only use apartment to sleep in. The bigger one bedroom is quite large and comfortable enough for two people. They also have 3 bedroom apartments. If you have 3 or more friends that enjoy living together that is the best way to go,about the same as a very nice house payment in a luxury neighborhood. Make sure you read the fine print and don't forget the many deposits that go along with your first months rent plus pet rent monthly. Make sure you won't need to break your lease in the future or it will cost you equal to 4 months rent. Nicer apartments in town without pool average $500 for a 1 bedroom. You can always join the ymca. Corporate owner. I learned an important lesson and will be more choosy in the future.
