We are allowed to have plants and patio furniture. It's fun to gather indoors for games in the Community Center or on your own patio. Love it here. ??

I've been very happy my last five years at Orchard Village. I truly love the look of the property and the fact that there are no stairs. Mowing and snow removal is done promptly and I love having an attached garage.

A nice place to live with easy access to the main highway and interstate plus several stores or close by such as hy vee, Home Depot, Walmart, target, also, a Sam's Club and there are several restaurants and bars close by all within walking distance and schools closed

Great place to live. Work orders are handled quickly and they do a great job. No stairs to deal with. Two car attached garage with direct access to your place. Office staff and Maintenance staff are friendly and courteous.

Everyone is very nice and very helpful. My neighbors are super nice and I enjoy visiting with them. It is very helpful to have a pharmacy as well as restaurants and Great Clips located so close. Planet fitness is close as well

Best maintenance EVER.. if it snows over night your driveway and sidewalk will be clear when you wake up. Speedy service for any problem you may have. I love it here. Quiet clean neighborhood, nice lawns and trees

I love living here! I feel safe here. I have privacy and yet enjoy my neighbors. Rent is a little high, but I think it is everywhere. Grounds could be better as lawn trimming is done with a weed whip instead of an edger. Lots of bare ground.

I'm super picky when looking to find a great place to call my home. This community hands down was THE best in everything I was looking for and more. Walk right in to kitchen from garage, wonderful floor plan. Lawn care and maintenance is excellent. Very convenient for shopping or taking a pleasant walk. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming!
