UPDATE - SINCE MANAGEMENT IS REFUSING TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTION I WILL TELL YOU - YES - THEY HAVE INSTALLED LOUSY, LOW-FLOW, LOW-PRESSURE SHOWER HEADS AND FAUCET AERIATORS. THE WATER PRESSURE IS HORRIBLE - NOW - TENANTS ARE NOT EVEN ENTITLED TO A DECENT SHOWER. THE PRESSURE IS SIGNIFICANTLY WAY LOWER - HORRIBLE. WAY TO GO BOULDER PARK - WAY TO SHOW YOUR TENANTS YOU COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEM! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT TENANTS AND JUST BAD BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS. I HOPE YOU MADE AN EXTRA DOLLAR!! The management has no respect for the tenants. I returned home Friday evening to find a notice that they were coming into the apt on Monday at 9 am. The notice stated that the were installing new showerheads as well as various other things. I fear that these will be low pressure shower heads. I think this is totally irresponsible, thoughtless and rude of management to give such short notice. I had a wedding to go to on Saturday and its the middle of the summer so I don't necessarily like practically no notice that required me to have to spend a beautiful summer Sunday INSIDE cleaning the apartment. Totally irresponsible. I think a 12 year old has more common sense and is more responsible and would have taken into account it's middle of the summer, people are busy with plans and life and don't necessarily want to be stuck inside on a sunny Sunday cleaning the apartment so that strangers and management can enter the apt with virtually no notice. CERTAINLY MANAGMENT HAD TO KNOW WELL AHEAD OF TIME SO THEN WHY WOULD THEY SHOW SUCH A LACK OF RESPECT AND NO REGARD TO THE TENANTS SO THAT MANAGEMENT WAITED TILL THE LAST MINUTE TO NOTIFY US!!! PLEASE RESPOND TO THE POINTS I RAISED BOULDER PARK MANAGEMENT - I KNOW YOU READ THESE REVEIWS! MAJOR FAIL!! HAVE MORE RESPECT AND HAVE A BETTER THOUGHT PROCESS. I would expect such irresponsible, non-thought-out thought proces - from a 12 year old NOT from real estate, "professionals"! YOU REALLY TICKED ME OFF!! BOULDER PARK MANAGEMENT - PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION - ARE YOU INSTALLING LOW PRESSURE LOW VOLUME SHOWERHEADS? YES OR NO ? THIS IS A RESPONSE TO THE MANAGERS RESPONSE!! So by your own admission you knew 3 weeks ago! 48 Hours - in the summer - over a weekend - gives no consideration to the fact people are busy and want MORE lead time - you had to know WELL IN ADVANCE - way more than 2 days so then why did you wait till last minute to notify us! I did not know re-scheduling and being present were options. I thought just the opposite was the case. "Make sure that we do this with as little disruption as possible" well you did not do that - you could have given LONGER notice. WHEN DID YOU KNOW!!!! answer that question as well as the other question you did not answer- are these low flow low pressure faucet adn shower heads? Yes or no?? I am not looking for a debate from you. You know probably weeks ago and there is no excuse for not having given more notice. IF a resident is telling you what they think - don't debate them!!!
