This place is terrible to live at despite its nice appearance and apartments. The electrical work is adequate at best and the outlets fail month after month. The staff women are completely disrespectful and rude people. I have openly seen them threaten others in the office. Parking- There is more than enough parking for 4 cars per apartment. However, they will tow if they don't recognize the vehicles. They do this even if someone is just visiting. If they see it too often they will tow. Noise - There is little to none. Grounds - Clean overall except that lack salting the parking lots and walk ways. Sometimes they don't do it at all. Safety - Everything is quite safe but if you are seeking good lighting everywhere inside/outside, you will be disappointed. Nothing is lit well and the bathrooms require lamps in order to see. There are a lot of bugs around whether it's the season or not. Construction - The electrical work is near poor as they fail to work properly over time and often break. Everything is poorly painted inside apartments Maintenance - Maintenance does their job very well, I wish I could say the same for the office staff. Staff - Office staff is disrespectful and way too assertive. Arrogant as well and will say/do anything to sell. **Overall** - Good apartment but not worth what you have to put up with. Keep in mind I'm basing this off of what you pay for. Yes this apartment is better than others, but not for $1275 a month for a two bedroom apartment. (They have increased rent every single year I've been here and you're not locked in to the old rent amount). This location was important to me so I never bothered to move until I was highly disrespected by the staff.
