I'm so sorry, if you feel that it was a switch and bait. We honestly didn't know that we would be putting this new utility program into effect, until around April of this year. All new rentals are made aware of it, before leasing now, and it goes into effect immediately upon their taking occupancy. Residents like yourself, that have lived here, will receive the notification of the new utility program with their lease renewals. But, please know, that rather than increasing the new rent amount by a full 3-4% , we are taking into consideration the fact that existing residents will also be taking on the utility expense, and we are factoring that into the renewal rate. Our hope, is that by partnering with Conservice and using this utility program we will be contributing to our Nation's resources, by reducing waste here at Boulder Park.
