Don't live here.....not worth your time or money!!!!

I have lived here 2 yrs and this place is absolutely insane. <br><br>When we first moved in, everyone was so nice, and kind, but once we were here 6mos, it's like you are just a person with their money and you serve no other purpose.<br><br>Buildings need work, maintance is poor, management is awful.<br><br>In the 2 yrs we have been here, at least 30 maintaince requests were put in and we have had to wait several days to get any of them filled.<br><br>Recently, there have been car break ins in the parking lot (which is not very light, and there is no security), cars being vandelized, tires slashed, etc.<br><br>In our building specifically, the back door has been broken almost the entire time we have lived here. Several of us residents have brought it to the management and nothing is ever done.<br><br>Noise has always been a problem here as the walls are paper thin and floor boards crack with any walking/moving done above.<br><br>Safety is a huge problem for all residents in our building since the parking lot is often black at night due to lights being out the entire time we have lived here. The doors being propped and broken, so anyone off the street just comes in.<br><br>I will say that we lived here in 2000 when management was different and it was perfect for us, never an issue, but now, I would never recommed this complex to anyone.<br><br>We pay comparable rent as other complexes that include heat/hot water and you basically pay for your freezing apt in the winter/boiling apt in the summer.<br><br>What a waste of money.
