Regarding your heating bills being at $180 per month. Please come see me about this. We do offer a Gas Guarantee for the first year of your tenancy with us. This means, that during the months of November, December, January and February we will reimburse you with a rent credit for each month, if your gas bill exceeds $90 in any of those months. We offer this for the first year, so that resident's can get used to how the gas heat works.
