I have lived here for one year and can't wait to get out of here, the apartment so old (30+ years), and they haven't done any renovation to it. my heat is always on because of the cold coming from outside, the stove is always on by small flame. I asked the if they can do anything to help they said put plastic bags on the windows. I pay for this $1270 + $180 heat + utilities. the staff are nice but their manager is so bad.

    I'm sorry you have been unhappy with your apartment. The small flame on your stove is the pilot light and that remains on at all times, this is the way gas stoves are designed. Regarding your heating bills being at $180 per month. Please come see me about this. We do offer a Gas Guarantee for the first year of your tenancy with us. This means, that during the months of November, December, January and February we will reimburse you with a rent credit for each month, if your gas bill exceeds $90 in any of those months. We offer this for the first year, so that resident's can get used to how the gas heat works. You mentioned that you have lived here for just one year, so you should still be eligible for this The Gas bill just needs to be submitted by June 1st.
