Review History for Lakshimi

I am living in this apartment for around 2 years now. It is very good apartment apart from flooring.. We have very bad experience and management couldn't do anything. Maintenance guys told that entire floor need to be changed. We are staying in second floor and people above my apartment walks so much and that wood cracking noise is very loud and really annoying.. We have complained so many times to management but no use. As our lease is completing in mid of dec and asked if we can move to townhouse in the same community but they said we need to pay transfer charge of $1000. This is so bad and we need to live with noise for another 3 more months and planning to move out of this community to stay clam. They should not charge us as this is not our issue to ask for change. I am not sure if only my apartment is so bad. But I have few friends stays in same apartment and said they too hear noise if people walks upstairs. So I assume the entire community flooring is pretty bad. If you are ready to stay in noise then this apartment is to good. But I would prefer not to stay with infants as I could see my 1 year old struggles to sleep.
