DO NOT RECOMMEND to friends, family, or anyone in the market for a place to live. I originally moved in without my 2 dogs and they were staying at a family members place for the time being. So with boulder park being a dog friendly facility I figured it was a quick and convenient place for me to transition to coming out of the military and moving back to NH. Well apparently if you don't have a dog at move in time Boulder Park decides to put you in a pet free building. Lucky enough I do have people who are caring for them in the mean time until this lease is up. The second thing (which I know isn't a huge thing to complain about) is the smell of curry that lingers through the hallways and apartment unless I light about 6 candles. Now lets move to the third issue of how when I try sleeping at night I can hear my very unfriendly neighbor snoring through the thin walls Boulder Park provides. Also being on the third floor you would think having nobody above me would solve the whole noise coming from above you concern everyone gets when renting in an apartment building. Completely wrong. Sounds like Boulder Park is putting all of the stray cats they find around the neighborhood in the attic and feeding them 16 pounds of cat nip every day. Now we can move onto the fourth issue which would be the chilling draft I get from every single window in the apartment. I would have made a pretty confident bet the other night that the window was open while I was watching TV but when I went to check the window it turned out they are just as cheap as they look and have a pretty hefty draft coming though. So with all that being said I have finally decided that Boulder Park is not the place for me. I went into the office and asked what my options are to break the lease. Apparently in order to do so you have to sell 2 limbs and an organ to be able to afford it. So even though its costing me over $5,000 to get out of my lease early...I's still going to do it because its worth $5,000 to not at Boulder Park.
