I do not believe all of the 4's and 5's. I know this service claims to verify renters but I don't see how they do that. All "I" did was fill out the form and verified my email. So although I do live at Boulder Park, there was no verification. I would be interested to hear from Apartment Ratings why they claim tenants are verified when there was no verification? Please explain. Based on that I find it hard to believe there were so many five ratings by tenants. I have never seen so many five ratings of any service ever, anywhere. Therefore I am suspicious that many of those five ratings were posted by Boulder Park management. Notice that all of the four and five ratings are similar in lenght, just a few sentences, one small paragraph. In addition, they all rate management, "five". Very suspicious if you ask me. I don't believe they were written by tenants!
Look at the lower ratings, the 2's and 1's and those are the accurate, believable assessments. Certainly not the 5's. A five is tantamount to the rating you would give the best, most luxurious accommodations. Boulder Park is far from that. The windows are old and have white streaks all over them, so there is no clear view out. The windows are the most flimsy windows you have ever seen and provided zero protection from the cold. They appear to be double paned, but if they are, they are the most porous, double paned windows I have ever seen. You will freeze in the winter. Every step someone above you takes, you hear. Hope they don't have kids. If you are around during the day, there is hardly a day that goes by that there is not some noise outside from lawnmowers, leaf blowers or some other machine. When your neighbors move out, which is often, the steam carpet truck shows up and you hear that running for like an hour or so. It seems all of the efforts is on the grounds so that they can get you to move in, and little emphasis on decent windows or decent heating system. You will freeze in the winter. The heat is often not functioning. They will come and fix it, but then a couple of days later it goes out again.
