I know that you had mentioned this in a previous post. I am sorry that we weren't able to honor the resident referral bonus when your friend moved in. Unfortunately, her father is a realtor and she asked that we pay him a realtor fee instead. We are only able to pay out one referral bonus per apartment. But, please continue to send people our way, and we will be sure to get you that referral bonus next time! We do offer a 5% discount to teachers. I understand that your girlfriend did not secure her teaching position, until after you had signed the lease and moved in.
