the units here are outdated. Kitchen cabinets have to be 30+ years old, appliances are just as bad. The windows are a joke. I have a toddler and her room is FREEZING cold. There is ice & snow build up on the INSIDE of all our windows. It's winter in NH - these windows don't do a thing. Surprisingly, the general noise level of this place is quiet. You don't hear much from your neighbors. Unfortunately, what you DO hear, is dogs that bark. CONSTANTLY. All hours of the night & day. For HOURS on end. Property managers don't seem to do much about it. When you try and confront people about their dogs barking at night, because you're entirely family is lying in bed at 3am and CANNOT sleep - they get extremely irate and aggressive. Dog owners also frequently stand on steps with dogs on leashes, letting them poop and pee all over common walking areas. Which they do not clean up. It's disgusting and unsanitary - nothing is really done about this. The hallways reek of smoke, so that's gross. But our apartment is mostly clean and functional - so we are happy with that. But for sure, there are a ton of chain smokers here and you smell it all the time. Nasty. Thankfully this is just temp housing for us until we move into a brand new home. I wouldn't really recommend living here to anyone with a family. Maybe a college kid - as the price is somewhat decent and location is good.
