They have specifics months you can't give notice. High rent for amount of storage. Your charged for water & sewage that you don't know how they calculate it dine your just told you'll get a bill. For all you know they are splitting the building usage and not your actual use.

    Thank you for choosing Boulder Park! We do have a period of time during the winter months, that we do not accept notices to vacate, but, that is just for those residents who are on a 60-Day Tenancy Agreement. This should not affect you, as you just moved in last week, and have a set lease term. It is good to know, that the leasing staff is making new resident's aware, for future knowledge though. I apologize if they did not explain how the water, sewer and trash billing is done. Conservice will take the monthly utility bills for the entire community and determine your portion, based on the square footage of your apartment and the number of occupants living in your apartment.
