Most of the residents are great. The property management is terrible. It has seriously gone down hill since we moved in. When we moved in 1.5 years ago, we loved the place, the grounds were well maintained the staff was polite and super helpful, and now there have been some changes in grounds keepers and the yards look terrible! And the bushes arent trimmed well at all. The apt are extremely overpriced and you are charged twice for the same water. You are nickel and dimed left and right. And the pool looks like there is something growing in it. Its closed now for the season, but for the last few weeks it hasnt looked safe to swim in...and I've heard some scary stories about the property manager blatenly lying to residents about their safety when the pool hasnt been safe to swim in. The other ladies in the office are great, but the manager is terrible. When there is something that is blatenly the fault of boulder park property she always tries to push it back on the residents and that we should be responsible for taking care of it. If you have a choice to move somewhere else, please do! For your own sanity. I wish I had never moved here, but its one of the few dog friendly places in Nashua.
